Cryptid Hunters is about 2 twins, Marty and Grace, who have lived at a boarding school in Switzerland for a few years and suddenly recieve the news that their parents have gone missing in a helicopter crash in South America. They are sent to live with their uncle Travis Wolfe, who they didn't know about before. He is planning a trip to the Congo in Africa to search for... dinosaurs. Wolfe is a cryptid hunter, who searches for animals that are not thought to exist, like the Loch Ness Monster and Bigfoot. He doesn't think he can bring Marty and Grace, so he flies back over to their boarding school. While they are passing above the Congo, Marty and Grace fall out of the bottom of the plane and must survive in the wilderness and find the dinosaur eggs.
